Terms of cancellation for individual passengers *

1. Terms of cancellations on the routes of St. Petersburg - Helsinki / St Petersburg - Stockholm **, or vice versa are presented below. These rules also apply to orders ***which were made to regular tariff by online booking .
1.1. If the passenger cancels the reservation not later than 15 days before departure, the fare is to be paid back in full.
1.2. If a passenger cancels a trip for 14-10 days before departure, a penalty of 25% of the cost will be charged.
1.3. If a passenger cancels a trip for 10-1 days before departure a penalty of 50% of the cost, but not less than 10 euro will be charged.
1.4. If a passenger cancels a trip less than 24 hours before departure 100% of the cost of the trip will be charged.
1.5. If the order is modified, and then canceled, the cancellation fee will be charged in accordance with the initial order date and the date of the change order.

2. Terms of cancellation for a period of high season and popular dates are charged as follows:
2.1. The following conditions apply to individual bookings with departures in the period 01.06.2012-31.08.2012, on holidays as well as in all date-exceptions specified in the tariffs on the site.
2.1.1. Orders can be canceled without penalty more than 28 days prior to departure.
2.1.2. If the order is canceled for 28-15 days before departure a penalty of 50% of the cost of the trip will be charged.
2.1.3. If the order is canceled less than 14 days before departure, a penalty of 100% of the cost of the trip will be charged.

3. If the order, which was made by terms of the special offer is canceled, a penalty of 100% of the cost of the trip will be charged.

Booking conditions and cancellation policies for the product "early booking"

1. Terms of booking and cancellation for the product "early booking" on the routes St. Petersburg - Helsinki / St Petersburg - Stockholm or vice versa, are presented below.
1.1. Booking must be made no later than 21 (twenty one) days before departure.
1.2. Early booking discount on the line St. Petersburg-Helsinki is 15% of the cost of cabins, early booking discount on the line St. Petersburg-Stockholm is 10% of the cost of cabins.
1.3. For cancellation which was made after booking date and 15 days before departure a penalty equal to 20% of the cost will be charged.
1.4. When a trip is cancelled later than 15 days before departure date a penalty of 100% of the trip will be charged.

* Individual passengers here and below are individuals from 1 to 9 people. Booking of 10 or more people in the orders are considered as group, they have a special conditions for cancellation. Reservations and cancellations of group bookings of 10 persons may be made by a direct sales department or authorized agent.
** Hereinafter the routes of St. Petersburg - Helsinki / St Petersburg - Stockholm refers to all types of investigations and the departure of ferries Princess Maria and Princess Anastasia.
